Mind a self pimp for #2? Can't guarantee good quality as some are pretty old, but they're angsty as all hell with a feel good ending. :) I've got:

'White Sand' - Sirius writes to Remus. Set after the events of POA,
'Unlocking Doors - Remus had kept those doors firmly closed for well over a decade for fear he would go mad from the torment of his regrets.
'Til We Aren't Strangers Anymore - Can Remus and Sirius overcome the pain of their past and reunite? Set after GOF.

For #3, I would definitely recommend Short People by Lah. I don't think it's exactly what you're looking for, but it's really lovely - I nearly melted when I read it for the first time... :)
