I may know something about the second fic. I believe that I read one once on ff.net where Remus and Sirius want to be married while they are still at Hogwarts. In order to do this, Remus must sign a paper for the ministry that basically makes him not able to do anything without Sirius' permission. In an effort to make Remus see that this is not right, Sirius withholds permisson for Remus to use the bathroom. The bad news is, I don't have a link for it!
