That would be the Lost Feeling series by Minx

Remus was in a punk band and did heroin with one of his bandmates.

Also, I think Ballyharnon has a series where Remus was an addict to some drug. But I don't have links or remember the titles.

The Ballyharnon series is called Linen, (aka The Linen Series) but it's hard to find a link to it. You may get lucky if you look round.
