well, arthur says i should document my life in this journal. a lovely idea, i think, albeit one more distraction. and i do hope you all are well. i really have been meaning to ask many of you to dinner, what with the boys being at school... gracious me, so many things to do. TA!

Emmeline! goodness, yes. things are busy as always, but thats how we like it. would you be available for dinner next Sunday? we would love to have you. or really anytime that's good for you, there's not much tying us down time wise, really. id ask you to owl me about it, but really this is just as quick, isnt it? smashing idea...

sturgis. well. i suppose, for the sake of keeping a watchful eye on him it would be prudent. kindly ask him not to bring any illegal items into our home, if you please dear. not that i dont trust him, but it is sturgis. we'll see you both about 5:30 or 6:00 then?
