How I acquired this knowledge: during a stressful week sometimes you just want to read a lot of really ridiculous fic covering every trope known to man.
I understand, when I was stressed this last week I went and read Harry Potter fanfiction as;k;a which has been around for so long pretty much everything has been writeten. T_T
AHAHAHA oh Mer. Evan's tool-ness kills me but it is also what has endeared him to me. D: I ship Johnny/Stephane like burning but Johnny/Evan fic is, in general, better/more. :(
ALSO, I am the only person who writes hetfic in FS fandom apparently. I wrote PChan/Yuna and Stephane/Shizuka for the meme but I can't ever post it anywhere because all the comms are for slash! :(
OH that was you! I totally saw the Stephane/Shizuka but didn't read it; I'll go back now. :D
Johnny/Stephane is so incredibly adorable, I can't even say. Also I love Stephane as both a skater and a human being, so there's that. XD But, yes, of course the destined rivals are going to get all the fic. (Have you read this one? The characterization is incredible.)
jsafd;asjd;ls believe me, I UNDERSTAND. mananeh and I whine about fic updates, like, 4 or 5 times a day. That one is totally the gateway drug. ♥
The parallel universe fic by passe_simple is also pretty darn good, though. As is Time Off to Re-evaluate. And Outtakes, by kartography, which isn't up there, yet. I need to update that list.

Yes, that is exactly why I put it first with the asterisk hee hee hee. ^_^ There is definitely going to be more, it's only been about a week or so since the last update - I'm tracking the thread. Ahem.

Anyway, pairing-wise, I've always been incredibly fond of Lambiel but as usual I'm drawn to the train wreck instead. ._. i just registered this part, and all i can think is さすがacchikocchi
though i remembered your posts from _skating when i first saw you posting in footie fandom so i've always known this. XD i see corgighna is rubbing off on you.
ok but yes as discussed obviously stephane is actual perfection but there is so much tension to the johnny-evan relationship that it just ends up a roiling mass of pairing chemistry. and height differences. WHAT.
