Oh no! I didn't know she passed away. =( I've only read Howl's Moving Castle (after watching the anime), but have always intended on reading more of her work.
Yeah, sadly she'd been fighting lung cancer for some time now. :(
Howl is my favorite, so imho you started with the best. :) I said I was going to make a rec post for some of her more underrated works, but that's a good reminder to mention a couple favorites of her well-known works as well.
incidentally, when i type 'cornerflag fic' into google, this entry is the first one to pop up. which is really handy, since i was trying to mem your cornerflag fic.
