Yeah, it's pretty dark, and also colorless. So it takes a bit of work to lighten up, but the good thing is that once you do, you can make it look pretty much however you want because there isn't some underlying color you have to work around.
Me too! Olivia Wilde is like the prettiest person to have graced my TV in a long time. For a while I was almost tempted to pick up House again after dropping it in season 2, just because she was on it.
The original shot is more yellow than green, but the cap lends itself so well to that color that I always tend to go that way when I color it. Case in point. *points to icon*
See, this is why we should be allowed unlimited icons. WHAT IF YOU REALLY NEED THAT ICON ONE DAY? This is always my dilemma when trying to figure out what to delete (even if I've since fallen out of love with the icon in question).
YES, unlimited icons would be EXTREMELY WELCOME. And I kinda think that if they were indeed unlimited, it would still be a very very VERY small minority actually uploading more than, say, 500 icons?
I think one problem could be that people just wouldn't delete icons and instead just add more and more and MORE. But maybe they could have icons become inactive unless they're used, like, once every six months. And then the user has the option to delete or save it. Or something.
Right now I have 202 icon slots available (using 196 or 194) and I've gotta tell you, the keyword situation is already getting out of hand. I mean, part of it is because I double up on keywords. When I delete an icon, I often add the keywords to another icon from the same fandom just so the icon won't revert to my default. But it's getting harder and harder to remember which icon goes with which keywords. I don't exactly think I'd reach 500 icons in a hurry.
I actually... didn't know Olivia Wilde was on Black Donnellys. Must check it out. Her character is probably more awesome than it is on House. Thirteen is cool, but not written very interestingly. (IMO, of course.) But YES to the most ridiculously gorgeous female on TV sentiment.
I feel like they set up something great in the pilot -- and then took her in the complete wrong direction for most of the series. I wish they hadn't gone in that direction with her, but I still loved the character.

This is one of those shows that seemed to be shot with a lot of dark coloring but still ended up looking pretty.
