A CV should have a section for service work: service to the department, college, university, field, and community. Add it as service to the field.

I put it all under conference participation - papers, chairing, discussing, etc.
"Title here." Paper presented at the xxx conference, date.
"Panel title here." Panel chair and discussant, xx conference, date.
