One more update

I used up the ancient (though still, miraculously, edible - gotta love root vegetables!) yam and an only slightly decrepit sweet potato to make some no-yeast bread. it was fun. best eaten pretty fresh. today i can't tell if the bread is not actually cooked enough or if the potato and cheese just make it very moist and looking like it isn't cooked enough. but here is the recipe, if you want to play around with it.
