#01 - Ring: He couldn’t help but to laugh at the way that England flinched at the sight before him-a beautiful piece was embedded by gems that were worth something by itself.
#02 - Hero: He couldn’t be America for him, but he could try his best to be someone that would protect England.
#03 - Memory: Russia saw the others laugh at the disappointed gaze on England’s face, but he knew why, and he felt as sad as England did-it was a year since the war ended.
#04 - Box: He would see England staring into the dark, gloomy room, and England would always claim that he was looking for a long-lost box filled with things he’d rather not know about.
#05 - Run: “Keep going, little England, but I’ll always catch up to you.”
#06 - Hurricane: There was a sudden change in the sky-it darkened-and he feared that the report was wrong about the lack of hurricanes.
#07 - Wings: It was a bit weird, seeing England dressed in… he’s not exactly sure what it was since he was drunk, but he clearly remembers the soft, fluffy, white wings.
#08 - Cold: “England, did you get sick again?” Russia chided as he made soup for his ill lover.
#09 - Red: He only could see red as he stared into the east, but he couldn’t help but to wish for his lover’s safety.
#10 - Drink: It was bit unfair, the way Russia would always have vodka at hand, but then (he realized) he could use the vodka to his advantage.
#11 - Midnight: It was dark, it was frightening, but he somehow found himself comforted by Russia’s presence.
#12 - Temptation: It was always there, the urge to change into a communist country, and the urge just grew during the 1930s.
#13 - View: He couldn’t see Russia’s tracks, and he couldn’t see his being, but he knew somehow that Ivan was okay.
#14 - Music: “England, can you play the flute for Mother Russia?”
#15 - Silk: Russia couldn’t help but to think that England would look good in the silk panties (and that only).
#16 - Cover: He tried to pull the clothes away, to no avail-England wouldn’t relish the clothes that hid his body.
#17 - Promise: “I promise not to die,” he said solemnly to England.
#18 - Dream: Russia found himself curled up at night, crying about a wonderful dream where he was with England, but he found that he could go on despite the pain that his dreams often gave.
#19 - Candle: “I know your empire’s not the most technologically advanced, but do you have to use a candle?”
#20 - Talent: England had to admit that it wasn’t normal, the way that Russia could down more vodka without being affected-it was a talent, he realized.
#21 - Silence: The two stared at each other, neither daring to break the comfortable silence that had settled over them in fear of destroying the moment.
#22 - Journey: Russia didn’t realize that he was walking towards England’s house until he found himself in front of the door-it had been quite an adventure to reach there.
#23 - Fire: “Russia, why is the butt of the gun being held over the fire?”
#24 - Strength: He saw Russia lift many heavy things, but he realized that the nation was stronger than him when he saw Ivan fighting with Alfred (and being able to keep up with America.)
#25 - Mask: There was nothing that would betray his feelings for Russia, Arthur was sure, but somehow, Ivan had found out, and now was asking about his feelings.
#26 - Ice: He watched the tall, intimidating nation move fluidly on the ice-it was as if he was dancing.
#27 - Fall: ‘I’ll always pick you up,’ Ivan thought as he watched Arthur climb the tree, and he would later realize that he meant that in more than the literal sense.
#28 - Forgotten: England watched Russia argue with America, and wondered if he was already over him-he hadn’t forgotten Russia, even after the horrible break up.
#29 - Dance: “Ballet may be popular in Russia, but I will not wear a tutu, England,” Russia murmured.
#30 - Body: He loved to see the scars, especially the one that ran down England’s back-he loved the scar that marked betrayal by his colony, America.
#31 - Sacred: He turned to England, just to freeze at England’s expression-it was as if he revered Russia in this moment.
#32 - Farewells: Russia didn’t like to say goodbye, but he knew he would as he always had to return to his homeland (or England to his).
#33 - World: They’ve been around the world, often having to go on business terms, but they try to go to a tropical island for a vacation, if they could.
#34 - Formal: He watched England address the other nations by vulgar names, but he would always address him as “Russia”, and not a nickname-it displeased him for some reason.
#35 - Fever: “You’re delusional-you’re under the influence of the drug.”
#36 - Laugh: He couldn’t help but to think that England had to most beautiful laugh he’s ever heard.
#37 - Lies: Forever, and forever, they told each other, but they knew it wouldn’t last.
#38 - Forever: It’s a lie, to tell each other that they would stay forever, but they wanted so badly to believe that.
#39 - Overwhelmed: “Agh-I can’t stand this!” England cried as he stared at Russia, who was attempting to help England with his paperwork.
#40 - Whisper: They would hear others gossiping about their relationship, but they paid no mind to it.
#41 - Wait: “England, I will grow up, and you will accept me,” Russia promised when he was a child and England was a teen.
#42 - Talk: “So… Russia, did Ukraine ever explain sex to you?”
#43 - Search: “Google is a search engine, right Russia?” England asked suddenly.
#44 - Hope: It was contagious yet dangerous thing-they were hoping too hard for something that would never be.
#45 - Eclipse: It was a beautiful cover, Russia would never deny, but the book itself… well, that was the thing that made the whole series unbearable (and he liked the other books.)
#46 - Gravity: He would often wonder about why he was attracted to the older country, and then just decided that it wasn’t worth looking at-he could do it much later.
#47 - Highway: “Life is a highway,” Ivan sang in the car as Arthur tried, unsuccessfully, not to think of the last time Ivan sang something for him-they somehow landed in his bedroom with hardly anything on.
#48 - Unknown: It was a long jump, he knew, but he thought the prize was good enough to fall for-he found that he was wrong, later on, but for now, he was happy enough to jump for England.
#49 - Lock: “Ivan, you made sure you locked the door, right?” Arthur asked.
#50 - Breathe: “Please, Arthur, please clam down-it was nothing, as you said the same thing for Alfred.”
