[ Oh, it's still there all right. And when Fric wanders his way back to it, he might notice that there's been some... redecorating going on while he was away. Such as the door no longer being where it once was. ]

[...oh. Well. Now, this was disturbing. Luke settled a hand on the Sword, carefully scooting into the lab. He slipped in quietly, hoping to catch whomever had dared to defile his precious lab, assuming the act had not been committed long ago.]

[ Feel free to note the various holes littering random walls to form entirely new hallways. If fact, the designer insists upon it. Though it might be hard to tell thanks in part to large expanses of mirrored sections, the basic structure of Luke's lab remains the same with the notable exception of what used to be the 'exam' room. Not a single path leads to it. ]

[Anise is more or less snoozing in the shade of a tree close by, hugging a stuffed puppy as well as using it as a pillow. She had been enjoying the weather and wandering around, looking for lighter summer wear, before getting sleepy.

So, of course she doesn't exactly leap at the short hear redhead as she normally would, and continues to just rest her eyes and soak up the warmth of the day, stretching out with a smile on her face.]

[Oh, this was almost too perfect: Anise, the source of much exasperation and many facepalms, laying there so vulnerable. Luke crept quietly to her side, a devious look on his face. Oh, all the things he could do... revenge would be a sweet little thing indeed.]

[He quickly went about his pockets, looking to see what he had on his person to use.]

[Even though she was half asleep, she could still feel a presence close by, and rubbed her eyes, turning towards the source. The image was blurry, and she blinked a few times, yawning loudly.]

Asch...? [No, wait, the blob of red wasn't as big. It was Luke! FFF--BFF! Anise smiled, so unsuspecting, and shuffled closer to him to kind of tug down and hug. Man, she hasn't seen you around for months!]

Luke...I missed you. Boo...how come you left? [Yawn, sleepy murmur and rubbing of her eyes.] You left me here with Asch! Mm, I'm so glad you're back...

And the Asch he likes. >:|

[Oh yes, that's right... this one was the one that was fond of the winged Asch. A slow, sinister sneer appeared on his face as he slipped out a scalpel from a pouch. His movement was slow so as not to draw attention, and he put on his best mockery of his old self...]

Anise! Sorry, I didn't mean to leave you...

[Anise had been wandering about the streets in search of the one thing she always kept an eye out for, candy. That was until she spotted a familiar glint of red hair, looking up a smile spread across her lips as she noticed the familiar bone mask that decorated the side of his face. Immediately the girl went to his side, smiling and presenting a piece of candy from her satchel.]

Luke~! It's been a long time! Where have you been?

[Luke turned in surprise, before a genuine smile came to his face. He accepted the little piece, popping it into his mouth as he patted her head with the other hand.]
