In 2006, when I took over the reins of A&A, Abyss & Apex was getting 2,000 page-views a year. We now get 2,500+ page-views a day, and the management of the site has become a much larger job. So I am pleased to announce the addition of our new Managing Editor, Carmelo Rafala.

Wendy S. Delmater announces a volunteer opening at Abyss & Apex. We're having growing pains, victims of our own success, and need a new managing editor. Ms. Delmater will pay the authors, maintain the site, and stay on as a coach, but will transition the day-to-day running of the slush pile to others to concentrate on Abyss & Apex Publishing ( Read more... )
