There's no David Hayter douche-baggery to be had this year but there's certainly more line-waiting than usual. Totally abused the oyabun-powers and had quite a few people sit through the required GoH Panels (which honestly, would not be so painful if there weren't so many uber stupid questions. Wish I could've been there -- but it sounds like we had an excess of Y-Con folks. ^_^

It was fun to have extra people to hang out with. :D I guess it might as well that we spend most of the con hours waiting in different lines - the booth would have been too small for us to be there.

...and we sure as heck packed up and left LACC in no time on Sunday. Which was :D because Staple Center next building's getting deluged with MJ traffic.

He is a cutie. But he looked a little harassed by the time I got to him (which would be hour 3 he's dealt with the otakuism, from panel to autograph session). We were let in in groups of 5 into the actual signing room. So even if you talk quietly with someone, it's likely everyone will hear. Ahead of me were three tween girls who can't stop describing Naruto AMVs they saw on youtube non-stop in their loudest voice. And then there's people who won't stop asking him to do a voice for them (he obliged though). American fans must be quite "WTH's wrong with you people" to him.

^^It's a nice pic he signed but I wish he hadn't signed it with AX 09. It's not exactly something I want to remember about him.
