A smile in return, then, “I love you,” she breathes, like he didn’t already know, like she had been keeping this from him, too. His smile widens brilliantly, maybe, just maybe because he’s always known, even when she had somehow managed to trick herself into thinking otherwise, he was always there, always certain in a way she was never capable of.

Don't cry. THIS WAS FLUFF! Which, I feel the need to point out, I feel as though I am almost incapable of writing. Anyway, I'm glad you liked it (even if it did make you cry) and I just wanted to thank you for giving me his prompt because it came so easily, where as the rest of them are killing me!

I'm glad they were happy tears, then. And trust me -- the only reason it came easily is because I was desperate to get my head out of the line of thought concerning how much I suck at writing Lost fic.

Besides, I think I was just happy to write them again. I've missed them!

Even though I've been slighly disillusioned by these two because they're so happy and I love my angst, I'd take them over S/D any time, any day. They are just infinitely better and I can't fathom why the universe does not agree.

You made fluff work with them!! So it means they could actually be exciting in the show when they are together. Maybe they should have you to write the scripts? :D

HAHAH. If this were true it would be the Rufus and Lily hour with Chuck and Blair plotting the end of the world as we know it 'cause we all know that is when they are at their hottest.
