But, back to the fic - this is so good, and I almost felt like I was a peeping-tom watching Linc and Jane, the feelings coursing through my head while I was reading it.
Lincoln’s hand reaches up and palms her face, softly, gently, such a sharp, glaring contrast to the fast, hard movement of their bodies. He wipes at her sweat-sheened face delicately and it is everything and nothing at once and it leaves Jane wanting.
I love this part especially; it is like a brief moment of clarity within the storm - not to mention the mental picture I had of Linc doing just that was pretty awesome!
Wonderful stuff - God, I wish you could write more often!!

This is a great read. As mentioned in the comms above, it is so much more than just a frenzied encounter, and I love how you start with her cracking lip when she smiled, and end with the bleeding of the kiss.
When this vicious game of give and take is over the love of his life will still be dead and she will still be alone, void of the only father figure she has ever had
I found this very poignant, and wished they'd had the insight to keep their strongest women characters on to explore them more intensely.
Well done, a great fic.
