Okay, so I've read this again now, and my original feedback stands: this story is awesome and fabulous and such a pitch-perfect look into Harvey's (and Donna's) head. Just, wow. I can easily see everything in this story happening (and am now desperately hoping it will!).

Just, yeah. PERFECT.

I've just read it and my brain is still too wired processing all the amazing beautiful breathtaking smallest details provided by this story.
I'll come back to read again, this time savouring properly (although the giddy smile may remain engraved on my face while I do it so - whether it's a Donna/Harvey effect or something to do with the greatness of this particular story, I can't be sure.)
For now the one thing I won't refrain to say is regarding your first statement: I really need to stop it with these two. SERIOUSLY.

Oh no my dear, you most certainly have absolutely no need to stop anything and to do it so would be a crime.

This is absolutely the Harvey in my brain - not in love with her at all, but also, completely in love with her after all and just agonizingly slow to recognize it, understand it, accept it, but when he does... THIS. BRILLIANCE.

I AM NOT GOING TO LIE: THIS IS HOW I WANT IT TO HAPPEN ON THE SHOW. Like, I just need him to be the one to realize it first, IDEK why exactly. Probably because I think Donna is very acutely aware of how she feels/felt about him, but she's been so good about burying it and ignoring it and moving through it that it's almost ~nonexistent now because of the sheer force of her willpower. But Harvey is such a hard tell. He just doesn't know because he simply doesn't want to know. He doesn't want to think of Donna in any uncertain terms because he cannot risk losing her.

I am working of five times D/H touched and need help brainstorming the last two pieces.... I seriously need to go back to writing pretty grant proposals instead of fanfic about two characters who I am not sure are even 100% endgame....

YUP. I'm in complete agreement. I've been writing the Marriage!Fic idea and been going through ridiculous meta analysis with ceruleantides (it's actually sort of sad how much time I seem to be spending analyzing the motivations and emotions of a fictional TV couple lately, and yet, I still want to keep talking about it all the time?), and I'm absolutely in the camp that says Harvey has to figure it out first. Korsh's interview where he said the below seems the most telling:

"I honestly believe that Donna, at this stage of her career and life, isn’t actively in love with Harvey. If Harvey said tomorrow “I want to date you,” I don’t think Donna would. A part of her would want to. But I don’t think she actually feels that it would lead somewhere with him because of who he is at this point in her life. So I don’t think Donna is looking for a relationship with Harvey right now. Having said that, if Harvey all of a sudden dropped everything and declared his love, he might be able to change her mind."I so want to bring you into our insane e-mail

WHERE DID YOU FIND THAT INTERVIEW??? Every single Suits related thing I've read over the past few weeks have been all about Mike/Rachel, and yeah, I understand it, but why are people missing the biggest picture here??? Still, there is something hopeful in-between the lines there, yeah?

Also: Does Harvey even date? Really? I just... I find that laughable for some reason. I find him a very all or nothing sort of guy.

ANY TIME YOU WANT TO EMAIL ME TO TALK ABOUT THESE TWO FEEL FREE. I WILL ALWAYS BE WILLING AND ABLE. Heh.
