But yes! It's amazing and so well worth all the effort and such you put into it.

I love all of the imagery that's here, especially the way you deal with them having sex, and then image of them standing at the water. Those are two really really gorgeously written sections of this.

I loved too that you gave us tiny parts of backstory about her, and they were just effortlessly woven into the story that we don't question it at all. Or at least I don't. I think that's a really powerful skill to have, to make that work and make it all seem so true.

This started out as a totally different kind of fic, with those scenes a lot more in-depth, but it didn't quite fit the mood and what I wanted to convey. Mostly, you know me, after the movie I wanted sexy times, but, uh, stupid plot took over. Anyway, I am super, super glad that it all worked for you.

Oh wow, this is just amazing! I wouldn't know where to start in terms of the specific things that I loved...just all of it! The characterisation, the backstory, everything. This is exactly how I picture Selina. Thanks for sharing :)

They definitely created a character that could stand on her own, and that walked the fine line between hardness and a certain vulnerability... Classy is EXACTLY how I would describe her, with the ability to flip switch into full kick-ass mode on the drop of a hat. In short: SELINA KYLE, WOMAN OF MY HEART.
