That gif! I love it. Ugh. I miss them so much what they used to be. Also: I feel like SR doesn't deserve them any longer after the way she ruined them. I am sad Lexie died, but now that I think about it, I don't want to know all the ways they cound have further deconstructed her character.

These two circa season five are legendary. Going back to that is, like, my happy place. I've been thinking about you (in a non creepy way) because I know you have been having a time of it, so I hope this at least got your mind off things for five minutes...

Now if I could just sit down and write the Hotch/Prentiss fic I have been plotting in my head since the finale...

I love Mark's insight into everything and it's just so him and I love the beginning of them.

Okay, so I have to list some of my favorite sections.

So he gives it four weeks. Then six. Bides his time with his mouth against hers, between her legs, and that familiar arching of backs filling the distance between.

The shock is genuine when, a month and half later, he still wants her. Still thinks about her all the fucking time. And it’s not just about the sex either.

Case in point: Lexie does this thing where she bites her lip to keep herself from saying the things she wants to say, always on the verge of begging for it, but not allowing herself to actually say the words. She always comes with a sigh cracking along the edges of his name, like she’s thankful, like she didn’t just want it, but needed it and the sound nearly splits him in two every single time.

This is so amazing. I've already read it twice and am adding it to my memories immediately.

I'm trying to get the feel for these two again so I can finish my BB, so it's nice to know that I am on the right track!
