today marked the ceremonious cutting of the excess credit cards belonging to the shan. i checked my credit score (thanks to hydrallus's online link), and while it isn't terrible, it could stand to improve. my personal goal is to eliminate debt (or the majority of it) before i go back to school. i'm going to be using the bonuses and raise i will receive

do you have any ideas on how to raise credit scores? i mean, obviously paying off revolving debt is a good start...but i'm curious as to if there are other things, like closing out accounts...
