[Darkness. That was the first thing Ginny noticed as she opened her eyes. Darkness everywhere. She couldn't even tell where she was, let alone how she'd gotten there. Moving was like trying to move against a Full-Body Bind Curse. Ginny put all of her willpower into it and just barely got one of her feet to slide forward. What was going on here? She'd never experienced anything like this, not here and certainly not at home.]

Hello? [Wondering if anyone was nearby to answer. She couldn't stay here to find out, though. That was surely a way to get herself killed. She knew better than that. Harry would have a fit at her if she died simply by standing still ( ... )

Great. Just what I wanted to hear.

[He sounds more annoyed than anything, that the voice he's hearing isn't Nina-she was right there yet where is she now? Certainly not in his arms, where she had been snug in the middle of a crisis, debris falling everywhere.]

[ ... oh great. That voice. ]

Forgive me if my voice offended you. [ Very, very sarcastic. ]

[ The encompassing feeling of darkness- of a sheer absence of light, apart from the device in his hands is almost familiar (but not nostalgic), and the irony of this isn't lost on Mukuro- it's enough to make him laugh, a muted, muffled sound.

And then, mostly to himself -- ]

The world will end not with a bang, but with a whimper, is it?

[ well. hm. ]

[ THIS WILL BE A LITTLE DIFFICULT. Because she cannot speak!! And is afraid of the dark. And is therefore FUCKING TERRIFIED beyond her wits, but it's not like she can just call over Heine to come fetch her. ;3;

There are a lot of growling noises over here (wherever here is), though, but it's certainly not her making them. ]

[He knows his familiar is gone but that growling noise does somehow sound familiar to a certain other person's familiar. Is it possible-?

Maybe not, but worth a shot.]

Nill-?

[ More growling from this corner--!! And flailing from Nill, even if you can't see it. That's Heine, that's Heine-! Maybe if she tries to move closer to where his voice is coming from, she'll find him . . . ]

. . .

[he furrows his brow at that sound, and decides it's as good enough as an answer to him and he'll start moving off in that direction. If he bumps into her, all the better.]

Okay, I'm coming, Nill. [he'll keep talking for her, too.]

[Well, well, indeed - this is definitely new. He's experienced black outs before, but nothing quite like this. A surrounding kind of darkness where it's all you see, almost like you've gone blind in the blink of an eye.

Oddly enough, he hasn't started to panic (yet). And what's even weirder is that he feels like he could get used to this, floating around with no kind of support whatsoever. It's a little scary, sure, but what good would it do him to freak out?

-- Rhetorical. He might as well get started.]

If anyone's out there -- [first words that came to mind, followed by a quiet huff] -- I'm coming to find you.

[ON THE COUNT OF TEN ...

At least, like this, he doesn't have to worry about tripping on anything, but maybe it'll be just his luck when he manages to get himself caught up in nothing. Who wants to bet on it!!]

[oh a voice! And someone who wants to find someone else. Perfect. they can be lonely together.]

Hello?

[Misery loves company, after all.

He perks up when he hears the reply (he was sort of not really expecting one, but--), not that you can see it, but hey! It's not like he can see anything either. It's even.]

Yo! Can you hear me loud and clear--?

pteroda October 10 2010, 19:18:12 UTC
[She was worried for a minute it was her imagination.]

Loud and clear, sir!
