The Moomba & the Tonberry (Incomplete)

What: A reunion between two old friends turns out to be more of a reunion of age old shenanigans.
Where: Somewhere in the middle of nowhere a.k.a Nuadoria.
When: Not to long after Kiros' network plea for sanity.

Laguna groaned when Kiros's location blip moved again. And Kiros said that Laguna got lost all the time? He looked down at the moomba walking alongside him. "Looks like we got our work cut out for us, huh?"

The blip stopped moving and the president decided to step up the pace, the Moomba jumping onto all fours to keep up. Finally, Laguna reached the clearing and located his friend. "Man, I thought I told you to not move!" Laguna huffed as he made his way over.

Coming to a slow stop, Kiros almost didn't notice Laguna's approach at all since he was too busy staring at the awkward little creature that stood before him. "A tonberry...?" He blinked his eyes a few times before glancing away from the short green lizard wearing the brown monk robes.

"Oh hey." That must have been the most lackluster greeting Kiros has given Laguna so far. "Sue me; I got bored waiting for you. Besides, I assumed you could use the workout." He said with a cheeky grin. Noticing the little cat-like familiar next to Laguna, Kiros had to raise an eyebrow once he recognized the creature to be a Moomba.

"Made a new sidekick?"

"You got bored? Man, and you yell at me for doing the same thing!" He pouted and crossed his arms. He noticed the Tonberry then and didn't hear Kiros's question because he was too busy jumping onto the nearest high object. "Holy shit, that's a Tonberry behind you!"

The Moomba just peered curiously at it.

Kiros would have laughed at Laguna's flailing if he wasn't too busy eying the Moomba who was currently trying to get a better look at the Tonberry he found. The lizard-like creature just stood there with a butcher knife in one hand and swinging a lantern in the other. The Tonberry didn't move closer to the three of them, so Kiros figured that the little thing wasn't going to attack them.

"Laguna?" Kiros glanced over at his cowardly friend with a grin. "I doubt your mortal soul is in danger here." For some oddity, the Tonberry didn't worry him too much.

"Get down already! You are making a scene."
