Finding him was little trouble, the device in his hand easily leading him through this strangely hollow shell of a city, though his steps were slow and his expression grim. Though his imagination was far from lacking, he could not imagine what would be waiting for him when he did find the other, at last ( ... )

Yet that gaze was altered, somehow. There was no homecoming welcome to be found here. While he did not doubt that Genesis had wanted to see him, why was a equation without a viable solution ( ... )

The redhead's feline gaze, possessed somewhat of a predatory gleam as it followed the General's every moment. Once safely inside, he closed the door, softly. There seemed to be an air of finality to it, however. The First Class waited, taking a precious moment to revel in that superior feeling that came with Sephiroth seeking him out for answers. The advantage was in his favour, like he knew it would be and having control now, after years of having to fight for it and hardly winning, gave him a delicious feeling, both gleeful and nefarious. He turned around, bemused gaze fixed on Sephiroth ( ... )
