Naruto thought he deserved some credit for this. He didn't know the place at all (and was actually glad that his search for Sasuke was helping him getting familiar with it), and yet it didn't take him very long to find the boy he was looking for.

Alone, too, not that it would have mattered. Naruto would actually have preferred for people to be there and see him teach Sasuke a little lesson. He was convinced Sasuke wouldn't learn anything at all -- he was way too stubborn for that -- but Naruto himself would feel better. Much better.

"OI, I found you, bastard!" Naruto said, walking right up to him, a determined look in his eyes. He'd told Sasuke he would, and he had. And now he knew just what to do.

Naruto hurriedly made his way to Sasuke, not giving him anytime to react before he swung his fist right at his face.

Fortunately, Naruto was not the most stealthy ninja. So when he took a swing at his face, Sasuke leaned back, and to the side effectively. Naruto's speed surprised him though. He was faster than before. His eyes narrowed slightly. He should have known that though. It had been over three years this he had fought Naruto properly. He hardly considered the times they had invaded Orochimaru's base, or when a clone had momentarily saw him in the forest.

More things that were frivolous. He was still stronger than Naruto. That's all that mattered. Sasuke jumped back from the blond, abandoning the weapons he had collected. He had barely anything. Sasuke raised an eye. No weapons. No head-band. Not even a shirt on his back. That was interesting enough. Not enough to warrant a question from Sasuke, but it was odd to see him with his obnoxious orange clothes.

"Go find some new friends," Sasuke said, crossing his arms, "There are plenty of people to go attach yourself to, instead of me."

Naruto growled when his fist only reached air, pulling back for another swing. He ignored what Sasuke was saying, knowing it was probably a taunt, or an insult. Either way, he wouldn't leave Sasuke alone until he'd managed to land a punch to his face.

He suddenly wished he'd managed to complete his sage training before arriving here; then he'd have had absolutely no trouble beating Sasuke.

Sasuke's eyes narrowed some. He wasn't the same person. He didn't react how he used to. He had been counting on it to throw Naruto off, at least a little bit. Like it had the first time they had met after two and a half years. But it hadn't. Sasuke grabbed the fist in his hand, stopping with seemingly little difficulty.

It was much harder than he had expected though. Naruto had gotten much stronger and while he wasn't worried about losing a fight to him, he knew Naruto could do some damage if they fought. He kept his face as blank as he could though, even with his surprise at how much the other had grown in...supposedly half a year.

Maybe this Naruto was from the future? There had been other people here who had come from different times. Had the Sasuke from his time finished his mission? Sasuke looked him straight in the eye, figuring Naruto was done with his temper tantrum, "What's happened in the time you came from?"
