First off, a huge thanks to the folks that gave me those holiday virtual gifts. They were very much appreciated and brought a huge smile to my face. It's too bad those free gifts were just a fluke on LJ's part, otherwise you guys would have received some from me.

Aw I loved them...I really enjoyed this despite some of the problems of the series, and Hatter and Alice were so pretty...

Yeah, it was so enjoyable that any flaws it had could be easily overlooked. And I (obviously) agree with you on Hatter and Alice being pretty, both together and separately.

I haven't watched the second half of this yet because it didn't record, but I totally ship these two! I shipped them before I started watching it, even!

I actually ignored part of the picspam! But I was expecting spoilers if I looked at it - I just wanted to mem this entry so I could bask in it later. I'm definitely going to watch it sometime today. :)

I would picspam and make icons myself, but I don't currently have Photoshop, which really depresses me. It's amazing how much I want to icon now that I don't have it. lol

I'm the type of person who ships from the beginning and is mostly pleasantly surprised by how much more awesome said ships actually turn out to be. In this case, I had been liking and reblogging your caps of these two before I even knew they were remaking this. Did you download it?

No, I didn't download it. I can't remember how I first heard about this mini-series, but it was months ago. I love all things Alice in Wonderland related, so I was actually counting down the days until this premiered, haha. And it did not disappoint.

Same here. The first half was great, but then the second half was loads more fun. And these two! Words alone cannot fully express how much I love them, which is why I just had to do this picspam.

Oh, wow, look at him! I love Andrew Lee Potts in Primeval and I'm definitely interested in checking out this series. You've reminded me of the Tin Man show/series, too - now I shall have to check them both out! I always love when fairy tales are retold like this. :)

Lovely picspam! I really like how you've coloured your caps. The colours aren't crazy bright but the high contrast still makes them vivid (yet soft in such a pretty way), if that makes sense. Thanks for sharing!

Definitely check out both Alice and Tin Man. I love the modern, sci-fi spin both series puts on the original stories. They both have their occasional weak spots with the retelling, but they're still very interesting and fun to watch.

And thanks! I'm always second-guessing my coloring, especially when I do picspams. But I'm glad you like them. :)
