It feels as if the City's repeating itself. Curses, murder--an endless cycle. It's tiresome.

The latest rash of murders apparently concluded this evening. Information regarding the whereabouts of First Lieutenant Rip van Winkle or the names of others involved in the murders and Millennium as it currently exists in the City would be appreciated

No, that's not what I mean. The Millennium... it's a group in the City. It's previous leader was eliminated this summer by the deities.

Then you also know that Rip is guilty of committing murders that relate to what you did. You've been helping Rip, haven't you? The makeup looks like something you would add.

After I first came to the City, there were murders. The victims were hacked apart with a chainsaw and all wore makeup. Perhaps it's coincidental that I've seen Grell use a chainsaw in a network post.

You know him well enough. Did he do the last one? Are you two members of Millennium, or are you working with Rip van Winkle because you enjoy killing?
