It feels as if the City's repeating itself. Curses, murder--an endless cycle. It's tiresome.

The latest rash of murders apparently concluded this evening. Information regarding the whereabouts of First Lieutenant Rip van Winkle or the names of others involved in the murders and Millennium as it currently exists in the City would be appreciated

We have holding cells at headquarters and those are all we've got for now. If we can get someone to fortify them with more than just bars, perhaps magic, then all the better. But since we know who is responsible, a team should be dispatched to apprehend the guilty party.
