Hair are good. They tell all kinds of things. Blood too. Those samples are already in the works though. Just have to wait for them to come out.

I had wondered the same before. Given that there has been at least one "deity" given promotion and shown to age just recently, I have considered that there may have been time in which this place was inhabited only by native lifeforms; perhaps ones that needed to make use of it.
