well, the gap is now gone, and that's a huge relief. saves on the heating bill, if nothing else. and greg, we're all hoping for the best for him.

the cat is sitting on my end table watching me as i write this, and she seems to want to do something to me. and now she's grooming herself. so i wouldn't worry about the cat.

everything's pretty nice at the moment.
