They're calling this snow storm "Arctic Blast". It's the news not me. If it were me I would add "..of DOOM" at the end of it because when you put the word "doom" after anything it always sounds more dramatic. :P ( Read more... )

Chocolate oranges are nummy. They make a mint chocolate ball too. I was going to pick up one of those for Christmas but I forgot when we were out yesterday.

write a scene about wrapping presents in your batman fic. Doesn't exactly solve the christmas wrapping problem, but maybe it will make you feel like you're doing two things at once. Actually, that's probably a pretty bad idea. Would probably be a boring scene.... what a waste of space this comment was ;)

Well, I did wrap my presents and worked on my Batman fic the next day. So it is all good.

The time period of my fic isn't around Christmas so I'm not sure how I could have worked that in. ;)

So, this is Mandi. I just wanted to let you know that I have also heard it called 'Arctic Blast' and I think that makes it sound like something you would get at Dairy Queen. Mmm mmm mmm. "Excuse me, can I get an oreo blizzard and an arctic blast please? Thanks."
