Pictures of my new Vespa. It's an ET4. 150cc, 4-stroke engine. It's only a couple weeks old. I've been zipping all over SF on it. Such a blast and much better than waiting for the bus.

Since mid-November, I've been thinking...I have no top album of 2004. I kept wondering what I would do once the new year came around and people's top album lists started appearing. What would I pick? Saturday was not my best day: to start things off, ND lost to Purdue...badly. Then I watched the Giants blow a 3 run lead in the 9th inning to the Dodgers, which killed their playoff hopes. Those games alone would have made for a gloomy day. But that was just the beginning ( Read more... )

Good debate last night. Kerry was strong, articulate, and had a clear grasp of the issues. And despite Bush's posture and bumbling, he made some good points. I'd like to see some fact checks on the debate, but overall it was clear that Kerry won.
