That sounds so... sensible... on the face of it. Until you consider that as a JotP, he's an agent of the government and isn't allowed to pick and choose whom he will and will not perform his job duties for. It's not like he's allowed to be a private citizen when he's on the clock.
Hm. I should also add to this that I believe any American citizen has the right to be a totally bigoted asswipe if he really wants to... he just also has the responsibility to suck it up and deal when someone punches him in the nuts for it.
Hmmm..... Seems Obama turned out OK. Maybe he's worried more interracial children will turn out to be eloquent, educated, Nobel prize winning statespersons. Wouldn't want that!
