This is just absolutely brilliant.I've never actually thought about the Sam & Kate/Kate & Aaron parallels until now, but you highlighted them so beautifully, I'm sure that's all I'll be thinking about the next time I watch an ep from the Aaron arc.

Thank you so much for such a great comment :) I always thought Sam should have shown up after the O6 were rescued, and instead we got...Diane. Sigh. So this is part of my own personal canon fix-it. I'm so glad it worked for you!
