Oh god, that's marvellous. You hit exactly all the right notes and my god, such marvellous language, vivid and sparse and just right. And SO effective I felt it when Hawk reappeared. The fact that you did all this in such few words ...? Sheer awesomeness. Well DONE!

I'm so glad I found this. It's so beautiful and I love how you captured the conflict in B.J. And then the end when he shows up on Hawkeye's doorstep was just perfect. Amazing job!

Thanks so much for reading and commenting! I love Hawk/BJ, but for it to work for me it has to involve kind of serious internal conflict, especially for BJ, so I'm really glad that bit came out!
