I'll say this has showed me how A/R really go against the conventions of H/C. If anything, the scene from Res Ship with Laura in full dying mode is such a classic H/C sort of moment and yet at the end, it's she comforting him. (Until the liplock. Or maybe that's a comfort too)

This episode is so against H/C as well. The man isn't supposed to pick a fight with a dying woman. I guess that's why so many fans go batshit over it, perhaps those used to a more conventional relationship.

But there's all the scenes of Bill comforting Laura in her sickbed! So hard to say!
