So I have challenged myself to find shippy caps or moments, anything that I have never put up for the POTD before, because honestly at times I feel a bit like a broken record.  So I found one tonight.  Not sure I've ever seen it capped before, and I can't honestly say I ahd ever noticed it before.  It's small, but then we ar ethe people who get

I love any picture that's a long shot. I've spent enough time watching the DVD's, looking at pictures, that anything that can show me something new is all good. I love getting a sense of the scale of their lives, and we just don't get that very often in the quick cuts, shaky camera up the nose style of modern TV shows.

It's a bit tableau there. Let's enjoy it. Lee looking uncomfortable in his Big Boy suit, Saul looking guilty as sin, Chief a big hot mess, the Marines on alert, and a taste of the religious ceremonies of their culture. (Or another example of prop department madness; haven't decided yet.)

I love this little moment. The subtleties are what make this relationship so good and real.

The props... So much insanity. That's a marble topped altar?

But, my favourite part, of course, is that I can't get over the way Bill and Laura behave in front of everyone. Who did they think they were kidding? Why would any military associate escort their president like that? Did they intend to hide behind the 'oh, she's sick' excuse? For apparent non-lovers they are incredibly intimate yet again.

I also love the Marines. There's more outside the hatch? Bill was preempting the mutiny and putting on high security?

PS Excited over gym talk. *snort* Yes, I do! Out and proud on that score!
