I started this vid for the comms prompt no 10: finish this story. But that idea didn’t really work out. Then I thought I could have it done in time for the battleship. Fail. Oh, gosh, I started tearing up at Boomer and after that...such a perfect song for them, and the scenes you picked worked so well--a good mix of the happier times and the other times. I was so glad you chose the final scenes that you did. It left a very uplifting feeling in my heart. I didn't find it depressing, just touching and hopeful about all they things that they did manage to do before it was too late. It left me in a good place, if a bit misty-eyed.

*Passes tissue* Thank you for such a thoughtful review. It’s so gratifying to know that the vid conveyed the tone I wanted; hope. That things were bad and just kept getting worse but in the middle of it were these two people who loved each other and gave each other a reason to go on. I wanted to end with DB because they have so many great couple moments there and it is the end of their journey. I like the idea of them just flying off into the sunset though, no flamingos needed.

Wonderful vid!! A great choice of songs and I love the images you chose. I think they all fit very well and I agree the ending was sweet with no flamingos!! Nice work!! :)

You fixed the Oath kiss!

Thank you! Fun fact about the Oath Kiss: they changed the color between the two parts so you have to color correct if you want it to look seamless. It took me awhile to learn how to do that, but I’m just happy they didn’t cut any of it to add in the gawking kids.
