I love the way you describe The Oath look and one from Unfinished Business. I think the thing that makes A/R so great is the mutual love and respect that underlies all this "ogling." I know that sounds stodgy and old-fashioned but I really have the sense that this is a relationship that makes both of them better than they were singly and that the sexuality is a part of that but in the sweetest way that doesn't diminish anyone's intelligence or dignity. I love all the little shifts in that scene from UB--there is flirting but also weariness and yes, as you say, it makes her happy to be noticed as a woman, something she clearly planned when she picked out that dress!
