That "voice of reason" observation is a good one, enough so that I now wish that I had remarked on the "nobody panic" moment. As for Harvey being a smoker, well, considering that famous Bruce Timm piece, I think we can all accept the possibility that TAS Two-Face enjoys the occasional drag. At least, between commercial breaks when the kiddies aren't watching.

In other news.... according to the DCAU Wiki, they actually wrote a few lines for Scarecrow in this episode's script, but Henry Polic underwent throat surgery shortly before recording began.
And now for a total fanboy nitpick: it was Ivy who slapped Arnold, not Harley.
