Anyone have some experience or suggestions about a full refit and replace to Heating and Air system? Ducts and all. Any brands to avoid (like Nordyne makes several different brand units. Amana, Whirlpool, Miller ) I would prolly request a Trane or a Lenox. Although my furnace is 20+ years old so the quality may have changed since then for Lenox. I

Brand == Trane ...hands down

and installers? I suck -- gonna say "Brothers"

why? Well ...lets see...they cost more initially (a LOT more) -- but will save you a SHIT ton

Thanks, I'm still trying to dig to find the other company's name that hosed me on repairs. I think I'm going to go with the last one who was decent and honest but want several bids, just in case. I want to do the better equipment route. Done right and long term not band aided.
