NaBloPoMo Day 8: wedge socks

I guess I lied in my previous post. I'm still talking about Cookie because I was gripped with the urge to knit her Wedge socks from the new book. I decided to knit them out of my Blue Moon FIber Arts mill-dyed Sock Candy. I hate, hate, hate winding hanks into balls. I always get yarn barf or tangles like this one and it takes me 10x longer than I think it should. Grr.

Purty yarn, though, look forward to seeing it knit up.

This one was worse than most. Probably because I am pre-annoyed at BMFA for my other Sock Candy issues.

I like it! I hope it makes nice socks. That might redeem it. ;)
