yknow maybe whichever printing company made those maintance stickers, got it mixed up with some flower shop trying to advertise for valentines or something. and the maintance company didnt know what to do with the wrong stickers so they just gave them out anyway.
OR they are just too plain daft to realise that hearts have nothing to do with air conditioners or fridges.
