Vacation
At the moment I am sitting in a huge chair staring out into the Chesapeake. We are on vacation at the family bay house. The next few days will be filled with writing a paper for Anthropology on the Navajo. Not fun. I have Gunslinger loaded on the kindle. Fun. That will be my reward as I get the boring out of the way. The long and the short of it is that I am living in Maryland now. I am completing the last class for my degree online. We have an awesome apartment in the historical district. I haven't lived outside of DE since I was about 9 so this whole process has been really wierd. Anyway, I am in the process of job hunting now, so I am getting back to that ( Read more... ) -

So I have spent the last week here in Frederick MD setting up Kelly's new apartment. (we totally got the moving van unpacked really quickly cause of all the awesome help.) This is just depressing...
More officers is not the answer, in fact there really might not be an answer. If I have had one thing drilled into my skull recently by one of my profs its that more police means more arrests, but not less crime. Crime is caused by factors that simply can not be regulated by an increased police presence. Think about it ( Read more... ) -
