the end, it finally looms

well, after much haggling, failed inspections, repairs, more inspections, it looks like the house is indeed actually going to be sold. J is driving to pittsburgh tonight for a 1 pm closing tomorrow. i am much relieved to have an ending to this situation, though i am sad that i won't get to see the house one last time.

Thanks! I have to say that after all this, I'm in agreement with J that I'm not much interested in home-ownership for a good, long time! Such a hassle, both while living there and when trying not to live there.
