Userpic and ScrapBook weirdness

Matt lets everyone know that they're updating some databases for better performance, but in the meantime you may notice your userpics, scrapbook images, and anything else that uses mogilefs might be slow, weird, or appear to be missing. But it should all return to normal and be better than ever
