We planned out a tentative itinerary for the New Mexico/Colorado road trip and our first night will be in Roswell, New Mexico. While checking out the hotel situation online I was finding that a lot of them were booked solid. Further investigation revealed that the Roswell UFO Festival runs through the 4th of July weekend. Oh, I would be so excited about the festival, as well. XF would readily come to mind to me, as well. I'm so jealous. But yes, you must get some alien souvenirs and post them for us to see!!!!

I plan on taking oodles of pictures, especially of the Roswell craziness. I'm just hoping that the potential lack of hotel vacancies won't keep us from stopping there.
