Did you guys watch the last week's episode of 'Himitsu no Arashi-chan'? I laughed when Sho said. "They think this is a 'Great Bicycle Cap'." In English. I would say Sho's English is improving. Before I couldn't really tell what he was saying but now I think his pronouncation is getting more clearer.
Today I will be posting up 2 more chapters today of Love Is Blind. What will happen next after Kanon left for America? Sadly I would also like to announce that there are only 17 chapters to this fanfic.
-Kanon decided and left for America to undergo a surgery to get back her eyesight. She left without saying goodbye to Jun and the other members of Arashi. By the time they wanted to visit her, it was too late but Kanon wrote a letter for Jun. What will happen when Kanon comes back to Japan? Will she be able to see Jun and the other members of Arashi? Enjoy!

Chapter 13
It felt like 2 months flew past slowly to Kanon, Jun, Sho, and Natsuki. Then when 2 months past by, Jun, Sho and Natsuki started to worry. What had happened to Kanon? Is she still alive and doing well in America?
Until half a year past by that Kanon decided to come back to Japan and see what she had missed out for the 18 years of her life that she was blind.
Kanon’s eyesight was perfect. She had 20/20 vision and could see what others could see. She had to check her eyes once every year but Kanon didn’t mind that. She was happy that she wasn’t blind.
“Aoyama-san, can you sign these papers?” Kanon nodded her head and pulled out her pen. She signed the papers with her signature and stamped it. The assistant quickly fled with the papers to another room for them to be processed.
An unfortunate incident happened just before Kanon was about to leave to Japan. Her father had gotten a severe stroke and he lost the ability to move his right side of his body. Since a company is totally lost without a CEO, Kanon decided to take over her father’s spot. She used this opportunity to thank him for giving her a house and kind of took care of her when she was little. She was always appreciative towards her parents. No matter how angry she was towards her parents, her parents would always be her parents.
The first thing once she wanted to do when she was back to Japan was to see Natsuki. She had promised her that she would be the first one that Kanon will see.
“We’ve landed in Narita International Airport. Thank you for flying with us.” Kanon got up and a few assistants followed behind her. Kanon had taken her father’s private jet back to Japan because she didn’t want to get mobbed by the people and paparazzi. A limo arrived in the lot and she climbed into it.
“Kanon-chan, aren’t you excited to see Tokyo again?” One of her assistants asked her. Kanon looked at him and she smiled at him. “Hai. It’s been a long time since I’ve seen this place.”
“Driver, can you take me to Tokyo’s Rehabilitation Center for the Blind?” Kanon smiled as she looked at the driver. The driver quickly nodded his head and he got onto the highway.
Her assistants looked at each other and cocked their heads. “Hm? Why are we going there?”
Kanon chuckled and muttered. “First I have to visit an old friend of mine. She’s my best friend.”

“Sumimasen?” Kanon shouted as she walked into the building. She remembered the familiar smell in the room and suddenly had a nostalgic memory. She walked further into the building without her assistants walking behind her. She had asked them to stay in the car.
“Sumimasen?” Kanon called out again. Then she started to hear some running towards her direction. When Natsuki turned into the lobby, she widened her eyes and dropped everything that was in her hand. She ran up to give a big and warm hug to Kanon.
“Kanon-chan! Kanon-chan! I’m really glad you’re here!” Natsuki cried and hugged Kanon tighter. “I’m not dreaming am I?” Natsuki muttered as she started to scan Kanon. Kanon chuckled and shook her head. “You’re not dreaming and neither am I.” Natsuki giggled and hugged Kanon one more time.
“When did you return to Japan?” Natsuki asked and pulled Kanon towards a bench to sit on. “I just returned today. I’m kind of jet lag right now, but I promised you that I would come and meet you once I arrive in Japan. So here I am.” Natsuki nodded her head and placed her hands on top of Kanon’s.
“Wow, you have such beautiful eyes. Wait, don’t you have dark brown eyes like all of us?” Natsuki asked as she stared right in Kanon’s eyes. Kanon slowly shook her head from Natsuki and shrugged her shoulders. “I think the doctor put contacts in because I lost the color in my iris. That’s why part of my eye is artificial and part of it is not.” Natsuki slowly nodded her head as she tried to process the information in her head.
“Enough about me. How are you? How’s the center without me?” Kanon asked curiously. Natsuki sighed and rolled her eyes. “It’s been super boring without you here. Are you coming back to work?”
Kanon bit her lower lip and looked away from Natsuki. “What’s wrong?” Natsuki asked as she placed a hand on Kanon’s shoulder. Kanon closed her eyes and then opened them up. She looked at Natsuki and stared right into her eyes. Like she was staring right down in her soul, which gave Natsuki the goose bumps.
“I can’t. I can never come back here to work again. The thing is my father is paralyzed on the right side of his body. He can’t do a lot of things. So I’m taking his place until he rehab is done. I don’t know when it’s going to finish but I’ll make sure to visit you once a week.” Kanon said with weary eyes, and it looked like she was about to cry.
Natsuki sighed and scratched her head. “Well I’m not forcing you to come back. I will be happy whatever choice you make. Promise me that you’ll at least see me when you have some free time. I want to take you to all the ice cream parlors in Tokyo.” Natsuki smiled and hugged Kanon. Kanon hugged her back and she was glad that Natsuki hasn’t changed one bit.
“Ne, are you going to see Arashi?” Natsuki asked Kanon with a big smirk on her face. Kanon totally had forgotten about Arashi. She was so busy with work and worried about Natsuki that Kanon had to tell Jun something.
Kanon sadly shook her head and said. “I’ll be busy and I don’t even know how to contact them.”
“I do. I bought these tickets a few weeks ago but someone can’t make it so I can give one to you.” Natsuki said and pulled out 2 concert tickets from her pocket. Kanon widened her eyes. She was going to meet them again. She was going to see Jun, Sho, Aiba, Nino and Ohno. She can finally see their faces.
Without saying a word, Kanon quickly hugged Natsuki. She was really thankful to Natsuki that she was going to meet them again.
