I forgot to put the name in..lol....Hi to you, hope all is well. RL and family is rough right now, brother in law is on a vent down in VA. My other brother in law that I take care of is the same and healthy. What can you do. He didn't take care of his diabetes and smoked a lot etc. So at 44 he is not doing well at all. But the stories that I can read, which aren't a lot these days help me get my mind off of things, I'm sure you know what I mean. I pray that the worst doesn't happen this is the sister that lives with me and her husband was in VA looking for work, been in the hospital over two weeks and now on a vent. Went with her for a few days then had to come back getting my bathroom re-modeled after saving for 3 years, my kid kept needing a loan..lol....finally getting done. Sounds like you need a gazillion hugs. I understand about not taking care with diabetes. I don't have it, but the males on my maternal side all do, and one of my cousins lost his sight due to it.
And yes, once you plan on doing something, your kid always needs the $$ you have hidden away.
Don't even think about not being able to read stuff online; RL always takes precedence; that I know all too well.
karen, I can't believe my bathroom is almost done they are painting now. after that they have the trim that they are staining it's wood trim not painted , it matches the vanity that was costom made, I only had the top taken off and a new one with a new sink put on. The shower is so nice!!!! I'm glad I started this before all this with my brother in law.
The whole family will be going down to VA. He is hanging on and my sister who lives with me but is down there is naturally upset, said she doesn't want to be a 45 year old widow......who could blame her. This is bringing back memories for me and my other sister over her husband and his brain injury in 2003. His organs are fine just the brain and my brother in law in VA his brain is fine but his organs aren't. Also bringing up memories from my daughter's father's death so it's bad all around but trying to take it a day at a time.
