[Because Pyro is lazy as hell, and instead of getting up he's literally calling from the next room.]
Shadows?

[So Erik walks over to the other room, leaning on the door frame.]
Yes, Shadows.
[And he's giving you the 'really, Pyro?' look.]

Is this one of those metaphors for something? I never did that great in English.

There is something wrong with them.
[Erik gave a shrug.]
Something--someone hiding in them.
And no, I can't explain. The other Charles told me about it. And he's right--shadow's are moving when we're not.

[Someone is down on the station platform, as is fairly typical of him. The corners of his eyes are a bit pinched, an indicator he's been here long enough to have a spectacular headache. This might be why he's currently standing near a light and making shadow puppets with his hand.]

Yet he doesn't look over his shoulder, as if he he heard something, instead he lifts his hand, fanning his fingers back across the light but now they simply reflect the shadow of a hand. How dull.]
Now you see me, now you don't.
[Charles chuckles and lowers his hand, fingers bumping the device and ... oh, right. Erik.]
I'm sorry, what?

[Yes he looked up your name, damn it.]
I'm not interested in looking it up. It isn't necessary. He's gone. I don't need a phone book to tell me that.

We're already trapped here. Just in case you missed that part.

How astute of you.
But you'll notice I said for good.
As in permanently.

I like your conviction--and you are right. They can't keep us here, as long as we stay focused.
