He's seen a few instances of people speaking anything other than English - nothing he's recognized, except for Italian, and even then some of the accents curl differently around the words. When the video clicks on Arthur speaks flatly and without much preamble, though his accent is a little too stiff to suggest that he's fluently familiar with the language. ]
