[Greetings, new members of Abax City. Have one Erik Lehnsherr watching the screen of his phone, propped up on a table. He's seated, hands sitting easily on his knees, which are splayed out

He had not thought is possible for the man to be even more offensive than the Alex kid but this pretty much managed to top that. Shoving his phone back into his pocket with a determination to just ignore it and all of them, Charles continued to slip quietly along the rail lines, trying to trace the path of the trains.]
I don't think that's what this is, but if they were interested in mutants and conducting experiments, why did they bring me instead of one of my brothers?
[Well this sounds almost familiar if you take out the clone and mutant words and add caste and corruption of the council and it's almost like a certain warlord is speaking before he decided to conquer the universe instead of a revolution. That doesn't help her impression of you.]
You're assuming that you're not already doing what they want you to. They also usually are pretty blunt in letting you know they are going to dissect you for their own reasons.
[How delightful. Arcee is not likely to invite him to tea then. A pity.]
[Utter deadpan] I'd be envious, but at least my captors let me know just how much they were going to interrogate me before trying to snuff me out.
